Using online evaluations can streamline your hiring process and evaluate new employees. Using online evaluations you can test the knowledge of employees in areas like the Highway Traffic Act, rules of the road, signs and driving habits.
Simulated Road Tests
By using the power of the simulator, drivers can go through simulated road tests before ever being behind the wheel of company vehicles. It will test the driver's habbits, knowledge, reaction time and skills. Road tests can be set up to evaluate on areas like safe backing, intersections, merging & highway driving, driving in adverse weather conditions and driving while distracted.
In-Class Evaluations
Similar to the online evaluations, DriveWise can implement classroom evaluations you can distribute to employees after they are hired. These can consist of multiple choice, true or false and short answer questions relating to driving, rules of the road and the Highway Traffic Act.
